Atlanta, GA: Starting in 2026, Starball Sports and Entertainment will be covering the National Arena League. As we look to expand our coverage of leagues and sports, we head inside the arena for our coverage of NAL Football in 2026.
With eight teams in five separate states (and one potential state sporting two potential teams), the NAL offers fast, flying, affordable family fun in Nebraska, Iowa, Texas, Colorado, and Louisiana (with the potential expansion in Kansas). The NAL has tightened its blueprint to focus on more regional action with rivalries such as Omaha vs. Sioux City leading the way.
CEO and Editor in Chief Delorean Fleetwood said this earlier today about the league:
“We look forward to covering the National Arena League in 2026. As someone who saw the NAL Bowl III in Jacksonville at the Shark Tank in 2019, this is a very tight-knit league that has taken great strides to help the NAL grow not only its footprint, but give an alternative option in other markets for fans and its players of the sport. The league always surprises us on a year to year basis. Beaumont was the story last year. The year before that, it was Omaha and that incredible win streak that ultimately stretched to 25 games before ending. We look forward to seeing what the NAL has in store for 2026.”
