Starball will cover the OHL

By Delorean Fleetwood

Toronto, ON, Canada: Starball Sports and Entertainment will be covering the Ontario Hockey League in the near future. Start time is TBD at this time. The second of the three leagues that comprise the CHL, the OHL has a long and storied history of producing to end talent. With 20 teams based in the Province of Ontario and two US states (Michigan, which has two and Pennsylvania), the OHL plays for the J. Ross Robertson Cup on a yearly basis for the right to send their teams to the Memorial Cup.

The OHL has 20 teams across the Province of Ontario and the US states of Michigan and Pennsylvania.

“The Ontario Hockey League is a rich and historic league with some of the best well-known teams in the history of junior hockey such as the London Knights and Windsor Spitfires. The Saginaw Spirit became the third US team to win the Memorial Cup back in 2024, giving the State of Michigan along with Oregon and Washington the honor of holding the Cup from the United States” Starball CEO Delorean Fleetwood said in a statement on Saturday morning from the Strat Hotel. “From Wayne Gretzky to Bobby Orr, the OHL, like the QHL, are known for producing to end legendary talent. We are excited to announce the second leg of our CHL coverage by extending our junior hockey coverage to include the OHL.”
